Channel your inner Derby style icon! Spectators and exhibitors are invited to sport their most fashionable, creative, or outrageous hats, while Derby competitors are encouraged to dress for the occasion during the “Scratch & Sniff” course walk. Prizes will be awarded for Best Derby Hat and Most Glamorous Scratch & Sniff Outfit.

Bonus points for horse and handler combos. Judging for will take place in the ring during the entirety of the Scratch & Sniff. Spectators wishing to participate can also have their photo taken at the welcome desk in the hospitality tent. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the Derby.

Unwind after a day at the horse show with a complimentary Pilates class hosted by Soma Pilates in the Hospitality Tent. Open to everyone, this relaxed session offers the perfect opportunity to stretch, reset, and recharge!

Keep the fun going after the day's competition with Comedy Night at The Parks in the Hospitality Tent. Admission is free and everyone is welcome! Join us to watch the $5,000 OHJA Nation's Cup beginning at 2:00 p.m., then settle in for an evening of laughs.

Bring your canine companion and join in on the fun! Open to spectators and exhibitors, this lighthearted parade invites dogs and owners into the Grass Grand Prix Field to take centre stage. Dress up, get creative, and strut your stuff for a chance to win prizes courtesy of Apple Saddlery and $100 cash grand prize!

Bonus points for creativity and dog/handler combos. Participants are asked to gather at the West entrance of the Grand Prix field (in the Family Fun Zone) by 2:25PM.

Champions from both weeks of the RBC Ottawa Summer Tournaments are invited to join us in the Grass Grand Prix Field for a special celebration. Come dressed in your championship coolers, ribbons, and winning smiles as you and your horse take a lap around the ring and enjoy a well-deserved moment in the spotlight.

Complimentary lemonade will be provided for all participating riders and grooms! Please meet at the Grand Prix in-gate by 3:10PM.
