Only those photographers and videographers listed in the official show program, or granted prior written permission by a representative of the media relations team, are permitted to conduct commercial photography and/or video activities both during and post-event. The advertising, solicitation, and sale of any other photography is strictly prohibited, including private client photography. Those who do not comply with this policy will be asked to leave the show grounds. Photography for personal use only is permitted.
This policy applies to events organized by Wesley Clover Parks, all third-party events are subject to the photography policy put in place by their organizing committee.
